Foodpanda Singapore - Food ordered but system shows no order but yet payment deducted.
I ordered food from Yoshinoya via foodpanda app on 30th June but there was an error or system glitch & that the order had not gone through but yet payment was already deducted from my debit card.Iโve checked through i-banking & there was a payment made for Foodpanda.Texted & chatted with several customer service officers by the chat line but none was able to help.Kept telling me that iโve not made any order on that day which iโve already know as iโve already checked.When asked about the refund of the payment,non able to assist saying that if there is no order made,payment will not be deducted.But yet when checked with my i-banking thereโs already deduction made.Really disappointed with foodpanda customer services as well as the systems.Itโs not a big amount but yet thereโs nothing can be done.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
