Not resolved

- Preorder at 1pm, paid. Went on chatline at 3.10pm: assured delivery will be on time for my event.

Waited open doors but no delivery by 4pm. - saw chatline recorded delivered. - found 2 missed calls (phone on silent mode due to event). Call back at 4.15pm but no reply after many attempts.

3 different versions of what happened according to FP chatline. 1. Chatline stated food has been delivered. 2.

Rider said i did not answer his call and so cancel order (not sure if food actually left the restaurant). 3. Rider did not deliver becos he cannot find my unit, and because I did not answer his call, he cancel my paid order but will not refund. At 4.15pm, there was time to redeliver (i assume the food is still with him or at restaurant) but chatline refused to help and insisted it was cancelled.

I have to wait 24 hours for management to contact me if i get a refund. I am still waiting...

FURIOUS!!! Disappointed my guests as unable to get replacement on weekend.
